My wife and I decided to use Riviera Pools to build a new pool/spa. From day 1, when we met our sales person Bob, the entire staff at Riviera was helpful and extremely responsive. Of course we had a few hiccups and questions but each and every time our little issue was quickly resolved. We were told the project would take 4 to 5 months which included permits from the City of Tampa. It was 5 months almost to the day. All of the people at Riviera offer either an office number or a cell number...and actually return calls! I want to thank all of the supervisors and great employees at riviera who made what can be a stressful situation much better. My thanks to Bob, Jerry, Tim S., Scott, Owner Bill and Adis. My choice of Riviera was based on a recommendation of a friend and you can be sure I would highly recommend Riviera to anyone who asks. Great company.

Riviera Pools has built two pools for me and I have been very pleased with both. The first one I built had a lagoon feel to it with a custom rock waterfall and a dark bottom. Bob Albano really worked with me to make sure it was just what I wanted and it turned out exactly as I had imagined. The rock work and waterfall was gorgeous. The second one we built was more of a traditional design with a light bottom. It was tricky fitting it in a tight area due to trees and power lines, but Bob Albano continued to work on the design until we got it to work. It also turned out fabulously. Not only does Riviera do great work, they are also very fair in pricing and good in communicating with the customer. Hopefully I will not be building a third pool, but if I do, I would use them again.

Riviera Pools created an amazing backyard oasis for us. We met with designer Dave Williamson and explained our ideas. He surpassed our ideas with a design that is amazing. All of the workmen were professional and had great attention to detail. Everyone that visits calls our pool and surrounding area the Ritz Carlton of backyards. We highly recommend Riviera Pools if you want a very special experience and finished design.

It took us several years of planning, with back and forth interviewing of the most reputable / popular pool companies in the Tampa Bay area. The biggest reasons my husband and I decided on choosing Riviera Pool company to build our pool was: (1) Their price was reasonable and competitive (2) Their reputation was good, and (3) We liked Dave, their sales person. Dave was professional, well skilled, authentic and sincere. He gave us practical suggestions on the pool, modified the pool design with us till we were satisfied. Building a pool was the largest and most risky financial investment we have done to our house. We had heard of many horrible pool building stories. So we were VERY careful in the selection of the pool company we would choose. We are very happy we chose Riviera. From digging the pool to start the project, to the end of landscaping and irrigation installation, every worker; team or sub did a great job, even when I think of myself as a perfectionist!
